What we will offer you
Only a small number of weddings accepted every year so your day is unique to you in every way.
A dedicated , personal experience catering to your taste for a limited number of guests.
3 rooms licensed for weddings and our own Consecrated Chapel for wedding services or blessings.
A maximum capacity of 35 including the Bride and Bridegroom and exclusive use of the Hall.
The day prior to your ceremony for preparation and set up included in your hire.
We are unable to offer overnight accommodation but we can make rooms available for the bridal party to prepare on the day.
As we are a family home we ask that the premises are vacated by 6pm making us ideal for intimate ceremonies followed by small, bespoke celebrations.
We have an experienced wedding professional on our team who can guide you through every aspect of a Markenfield wedding and we promise you a warm family welcome, a beautiful location and a very personal touch for your day.
We will work alongside you to create a memorable wedding that will reflect your individuality. We can easily move between traditional, historical or themed days and as we don’t offer a package , you can be certain , your day will be tailored to your exact requirements.
We want you to relax and enjoy Markenfield as much as we do from the peace and serenity of our private Chapel to the ancient presence of our Great Hall, Markenfield ,with its Moat, orchard and remote setting offers the perfect venue for a perfect day.
